P.S. I Love You

Recently attending a visitation for the father of a good friend, it hit me once again. This always happens at these types of gatherings, probably because it’s a smack-across-the-face reminder that life isn't guaranteed. What hit me is the realization that we never, ever let those we care about most in our lives know what they truly mean to us; we don't let them know how important they really are. Imagine if one of your best friends, or even a person you hardly know came up to you and told you the impression you've made on their life; good or bad. Would it make you want to be a better person? Would it make you realize "Wow - he/she remembers that? I didn't know I could leave that kind of footprint!" Would we know how much we are loved...if people would just express it? I've found that one action can create a chain reaction - can we share the love? I challenge you to take one person a week- and let them know what they mean to you. I think showing people that there is still one true and genuine medium in this world -LOVE- would brighten a day, inspire another, and make our world a better place.
